IT Manager

An IT Manager has many responsibilities and must be able to manage people, budgeting processes as well provide technical support for their users. The main duties are:

• Coordinate the work activities of subordinates and staff.
• Confer with high-level staff to discuss issues such as customer satisfaction or the implementation of new technology.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of operation.
